These Terms of Sale govern all orders placed on this website. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.

2. Products and prices

Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith and may differ slightly from the delivered item. Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed at the moment the order is confirmed.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of the order through the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment has been received.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and start from confirmation of payment. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. If an item is delivered damaged, please contact us within 7 days.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, private consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at vitechs.tech@gmail.com. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

7. Warranty and returns

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity. Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with applicable law. Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for improper installation or use of the products by the customer or third parties.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
